Teach it once, reuse forever

Got a task you repeat every week (reports, posts, reconciliations)? Teach the AI once, then it’s one line forever. The feature behind this is called Skills.

Simplest version (no setup)

Save your “how-to” as a note, and paste it each time:

[My weekly report format] Write my weekly report: ① 3 things done this week ② 3 plans for next week ③ blockers (only if any). Concise tone, no filler. This week I did: (jot your list)

Keep it in your notes app, paste weekly — that’s a starter SOP.

Upgraded version (it remembers)

On paid plans, save that block as a “Skill” or into a Project: set it up once, then just say “use my weekly report format” — no pasting needed.

Quick warnings

• The more specific your instructions (format, length, tone, an example), the better it performs.
• Proofread the first few outputs; once it’s consistent, let it run.
